Hi!

When i emerge joomla 1.0.10,
 launch the web-installer to set up my configure.php,
  i get a directory permission error:
  "mambots/system/	Unwriteable"

The directory is owned by root and not apache...
Is that a wanted behaviour? Or shall i change the ownership to apache?
