Description:   Opened: 2006-07-10 02:34 0000
Please find a diff file against fftw-3.1.1.ebuild, which provides
fftw-3.1.2.ebuild. One of the altivec patches is not needed any more, since the
bug has been fixed upstream.

Hi Adam,

Thanks much and I just committed the ebuild to portage cvs.
I also added the fortran eclass since configure checks for
fortran which leads to problems for folks without a fortran
compiler. Incidentally, I have no idea why fftw needs fortran;
the only fortran related items in the tarball are a fortran wrapper
and an example file. I'll contact upstream to check if the fortran
check can be removed from configure unless there is a deeper
reason for its presence that I don't see atm.
