ebuild using java-config-2

A working ebuild.

I just have a few question regarding unit tests:
- how to check for FEATURE="test" inside src_unpack?
- how to check for FEATURE="test" inside DEPEND?
- could java-ant-2 by default provide a src_test target that runs "eant test" - if such target exists

If you used the existing ebuild as a base, it is generally a good practice to attach a diff against it, rather than the full thing. This helps developers see what changes were made.

As for 1.4.3, please avoid hijacking bugs for issues unrelated to what the bug was filed for. And as a side note, I had just recently switched it over already.
