As per ref URL Andrew has made a significant number of quality contributions.
It is my humble opinion that buerocratic efficiencies need to be made so Andrew
can fix his own bugs.

Andrew works as a systems administrator on a number of gentoo machines and I
believe would make a great developer.

Thanks Andrew for helping others on #gentoo-dev-help. Good to see the community

Daniel, it'd be great if you guys could submit the end and ebuild quiz to
recruiters at whenever convenient and I'll get this out of the way since Andrew

Christel, my ebuild quiz answers were sent to recruiters 5/7/06 9:03 AM GMT+10
- have just forwarded the original email to recruiters.

Have just sent end of mentoring quiz to recruiters as well - sorry about the
slip up on that one.

Andrew didn't set his .away. He isn't a member of any projects and his areas of
responsibility field in roll-call is emtpy. He wasn't seen on Freenode for 17
weeks. He didn't respond to the first mail.

Andrew answered to my mail today saying he currently has no choice but to
retire. He promised to continue contributing through bugzilla whenever possible
and hopefully will rejoin the Gentoo team sometime in future.
