shared-mime-info is up to version 0.18.

This version also fixes the problem that evince+mozplugger has with reading PDF
files over the Web.

I'll take this, since I've been doing it most of the time anyway.

The patches are still needed, except for 1 that has been fixed. The pkgconfig
patch is perfectly re-usable.
