Hi, here is a version bump for gorky17-demo, using a Loki patch which alters
both the dynamic and static executables.

The dynamic executable still sounds like a machine gun, and the patch fixes a
"bug with running dynamic code", even though it also patches the *static*
executable, so it's not clear what the patch really does.

I've added a "dynamic" USE flag, with an ewarn.
