Put simply: when emerging kde-base/libksirtet, despite the fact that _something_ is compiled, absolutely nothing useful is installed.

output of 'qlist libksirtet':
/usr/share/doc/libksirtet-3.5.2/AUTHORS.gz
/usr/share/doc/libksirtet-3.5.2/README.gz
/usr/share/doc/libksirtet-3.5.2/ChangeLog.gz

Nothing depends on these files, and the contents of these files are identical to the files of the same name installed by kde-base/libkdegames.  Unless I'm missing something, the ebuild seems to be utterly useless, so it may as well be removed :-)
