I made up a runscript for starting MRTG as a daemon.  This is an alternative to
running it as a cron job.

patch to make net-analyzer/mrtg-2.9.22.ebuild install the new mrtg.rc file

Just as a note... mrtg-2.9.22 is the latest build in portage and mrtg-2.9.25 is
the latest stable released version on the web.

This bug has been inactive for more than 180 days. 

The current stable version of mrtg in portage is 2.9.29, which still doesn't seem to address this bug.

Feedback please?

In the rc file, could you please remove the comment with your name and put the
(c) Gentoo Technologies header in its place? Your name will be credited in the
ChangeLog, but we need the files to have the Gentoo headers.

This has finally been added to portage. Sorry for the long delay, I was playing
with pictures of pretty girls and seeing which would look best for my
background image...  oh yeah, thanks! I promise the other bug reports won't
take THIS long to sort out ;)
