/etc/init.d/nfs invokes /sbin/rpc.rquotad from nfs-utils package, however that
deamon is not working remotely (via quota command) with aquota.user files. The
/usr/sbin/rpc.rquotad daemon from the package 'quota' works perfectly. I've
changed the nfs init script to use /usr/sbin/rpc.rquotad.
