Rewrote most of the slrn ebuild. Added the latest official patches.  Added ssl 
support. Patch was larger than the new ebuild so I've attached the newer 
ebuild.  Tested with sandbox and it passes!  Also brought the ebuild upto the 
latest ebuild writing standards.
