Hi, here's a patch to add a missing dependency on (un)rar for the lights, and
add COMMON to make the (R)DEPEND more confusing/correct.

Why do I only think of these things the day *after* they're committed?

I ended up syncing the dependencies here with the ones in nexuiz, where they
applied, of course.
