Please test and unmask module-build-0.28. (FEATURES="test" should do it). changes in accepted params between versions is causing headaches for people using older copies.

Remaining arches,
we're really serious about that request for stable. We keep getting bugreports caused by this package not being stable on all arches. Please stable bump asap so that we (perl-herd) can do our job properly.
