vdr-plugin.eclass needs to work on 64-bit architectures where the libdir is not necessarily /usr/lib.

I think this patch should work, but I haven't ever messed with eclasses before. Please consult on if this will break anything on other platforms, or if I missed something.

Together with this, one must change the path at which vdr searches for its plugins (inside media-video/vdr).

Implemented in eclass, vdr-binary and gentoo-vdr-scripts
