livecd-functions  calls /usr/sbin/iwconfig, when it resides on /sbin/iwconfig.

This causes net-setup not to set the wireless settings properly.

Reassigning this to livecd since livecd maintains net-setup...

This is fixed in CVS and will appear in the next version of livecd-tools...
