Bugzilla Bug 136267

The tests in app-emulation/domi require root priviledges (to mount loopback
filesystems using losetup) and thus fail under portage, which executes src_test
as an unprivileged user.

Since the tests can't be made to run as a regular user, the ebuild needs
RESTRICT="test".
