Description:   Opened: 2006-06-09 09:08 0000 
asn2all is a very versatile application which translates NCBI sequence
databases (GenBank, RefSeq) in ASN.1 format (both binary and text ones) to many
others (GenBank, FASTA, TinySet XML, INSDSet XML, binary or text ASN.1 and
XML).

This program is included inside ncbi-tools package, but it is not compiled and
installed by default.

Ebuild which allows compilation and installation of asn2all

This ebuild is based on the publicly available one, and it only patches the
ncbi-package in order to get asn2all compiled/installed.

This patch is used by the previously submitted ebuild, and it enables asn2all
compilation

Thanks for the suggestion, José. I just updated the NCBI tools in Portage to
version 20060507, and added your patch.
