Hi, here is an ebuild for the demo data for the legendary Quake 1, from iD
Software.

It works great with the "DarkPlaces" Quake 1 client in bug #106344.

Nice.  When I asked yesterday if darkplaces worked with the demo data this was
exactly why.  I was going to do an ebuild for it.  Thanks for making it easier.

Added "symlink" USE flag, so that the ebuilds of the Quake 1 engines can easily
determine whether to create desktop entries for the cdinstall and/or demo map
packs.
