Version 0.86 is now available...ebuild anyone? I would, but it appears I am stupid, and cannot figure it out
Well, ebuild is identical, just rename for new version. Testing here indicates no problems.
Created an attachment (id=7933) [edit] Ebuild for pymol-0.86 Here's the ebuild, tested fine on x86
Hi Todd. Thanks for a submission! I have updated the ebuild. Please test. BTW,Just mentioning that you have tested renmed ebuild is sufficient in such situation, no need to attach identical file ;). Technical note: to me it looks like few dependencies listed in DEPEND are really a run-time dependencies - namely dev-python/pmw and dev-python/Numeric and should thus go into RDEPEND instead. Any comments on this? George
I agree, they are run-time dependancies. I'm unable to find the ebuild though, but I will test once I find it (will it be on portage or somewhere else?).
Updated ebuild was just tested, everything seems golden
Hi Todd. Thanks for testing! And sorry for delay with unmasking. We were in a freeze for quite a while, though now with rc3 out we are moving lots of stuff into stable. The ebuild is unmasked. George
