There is a new version of boinc : 5.4.9 instead of 5.2.14.
Many many bug fixes and ehancements.

Boinc recommand to update to 5.4.X versions.

Updated boinc version

Uses cvs stable version... it hasnt been tested completely witg gentoo so dont
complain if it destroys the world

I have added version 5.5.6 to portage, I am not going to add a live CVS build.
This version seems to work pretty well, but I would appreciate testing. They
are still building against the installed libs first, and their newly compiled
ones second. I have fixed that with a sed hack for now to bump ../lib to the
top of the link list... Hopefully this cures some of the other outstanding
issues.

I need to take a look at the setiathome client too, if anyone has any
pointers/links on the build process there I would appreciate it!
