app-text/docbook-sgml-utils depends on: || ( www-client/lynx www-client/elinks
virtual/w3m )". However, www-client/links should also be in this list, and it
used to be in the previous ebuilds.

patch that will properly add support for elinks

Unlike the current way to add support for the elinks browser used by the
ebuild, this patch will not remove the support for links.

Support for links was removed because of bug #72604. It seems like the -dump
option in links, although it was present since version 0.90, wasn't recognized
for some reason. It does work now, however, so I've re-added it.
