Hello.

Overview Description

Here is a patch file (UTF-8) for the translation of net-misc/dhcp/metadata.xml
in Japanese. I read http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/glep/glep-0034.html and some
category metadata.xml, some package metadata.xml, and agree to a that point.

Actual Results 
--------------
A group of <longdescription> elements has not had a <longdescription lang="ja">
element and Japanese text node.

Expected Results 
----------------
I hope that a group of <longdescription> elements has had a <longdescription
lang="ja"> element and Japanese text node.
