Lo again arch-teams! It's time for another happy PEAR keywording round!
Those are all PEAR ebuilds that need ~arch keywords from your arch, none of
them needs any stable keywording, so it should be fairly quick to do... ;)
The ones marked as NEEDED FOR KEYREADD are especially important since they are
needed to readd some dropped keywords to a couple of PEAR packages, so if
possible try to do them first (higher priority et all):

as ~s390, since we need it to readd the ~s390 keyword to PEAR-Services_Weather,
