The folks at linuxtv.org have released an update to dvb-apps.

dvb-apps-1.1.1 includes support for ATSC.

Previous versions will not work for American, Canadian and Korean digital
television standards.

Please upgrade this package in portage ASAP.

Ebuild that builds this version of the package, but does not contain a lot of
the directory changing that the older packages did during the install. Not sure
why that was needed, or if this is complete.

Small fix to correct an include path problem in the original 1.1.1 source.

Patch to add install targets to a number of Makefiles in the util directory.

Commiting this ebuild will have to wait until I have created a Patch to add
correct install-Targets to the Makefiles.
