The attached patch applied over current ebuild makes use of the new db-use eclass to find the db version installed, not needing the list of has_version call anymore. It allows apr-util-0.9.12 to link against db-4.4 without problems.

Patch applied and bug fixed on all apr-util versions, save for the all-stable 0.9.6-r2, didn't want to touch that one. ;)
