Description:   Opened: 2006-05-15 12:17 0000
Hi, there's an important difference between the 2 versions of loki_patch
currently in Portage:

loki_patch-20050324/load_patch.c:#define BASE "data"
loki_patch-20051209/load_patch.c:#define BASE "patchdata"

In bug #132286, the newer version looks like it might be more reliable. I
suggest patching "patchdata" back to "data" (the subdirectory looked in for the
patch data), to prevent breaking the existing ebuilds which run loki_patch. And
then package.keywording it.

# This version is looking for something that is not existing in older patch
# files, causing patching to fail. I am currently masking this version and
# most likely will be removing it in the near future.

Can we please kill this finally? Thanks.
