perl-5.6.1-r10.ebuild PDEPEND programs are not emergeing on emerge -u world from
stage3-i586-1.4_rc2.tbz2. I suspect that >=sys-apps/portage-2.0.45-r4 from
ebuild is incorrect and sould be >=sys-apps/portage-2.0.45-r5 (portage changelog
states portage-2.0.45-r5 (13 Dec 2002): Feature addition: PDEPEND+fixes).
emerge -p perl after the initial emerge -u world does give the PDEPENDS and
things are normal. If perl is not remerged then some subsequent perl modules
install in /usr/lib/site_perl.
