I found the problem, it requires >=app-text/aspell-0.60 (actually keyworded) to
work.

We need to keyword app-dicts/aspell-it-2.2.20050523 too or mark
>=app-text/aspell-0.60 as stable :)

Hmm yes the ebuild was wrong. Should be fixed now
