we need more information. please give us detailed steps on how to reproduce this.
I tried to install a new icon theme (I tried several ones) under the gnome theme settings. It always produces the error above but bzip2 is definitely installed :(
please upgrade to control-center-2.14.1-r1. thanks, fixed in cvs.
