The current games-emulation/caps ebuild needs updating to work with the latest
e-uae versions which require caps v2 headers.

I originally posted the modified ebuild in the 'new e-uae ebuild' bug report
thread here.

Test ebuild

The key file is http://www.caps-project.org/files/ipfdevlib_linux.tgz, the file
name has not changed, but the file now has v2 headers, and is a different size.
 I guess anyone trying to emerge the current caps ebuild would fail the md5sum
check on the new ipfdevlib_linux.tgz, as the ebuild digest in portage won't
match the version it downloads.

Thank you for report. Version bumped. It's package masked. I'll close bug a
soon as it comes out of package mask.
