Description:   Opened: 2006-05-08 14:36 0000 
hydrogen currently depends on "app-text/docbook-sgml-utils", but it builds and
runs just fine without it. Is it expected to break somewhere? Is there a way to
make this dep conditional on some use flag?

could be an historic dep from earlier versions. I'll test it out.

Still waiting for it to be verified, but meanwhile here is the patch to make
things easier to test

docbook-sgml-utils is only used in the uncalled updateManuals.sh script.
Probably only used by upstream.
