libgksu-1.9.2 fails to compile during .configure with this error message:

checking for LIBGKSU... configure: error: Package requirements (gtk+-2.0 >=
2.4.0, gconf-2.0, libstartup-notification-1.0, gnome-keyring-1) were not met:

No package 'libstartup-notification-1.0' found

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables LIBGKSU_CFLAGS
and LIBGKSU_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
