Libvisual 0.4 isn't backwards compatible with 0.2

Both 0.2 and 0.4 can be installed in parallel, so a new slot should be added.

I just took libvisual-0.2 and libvisual-plugins-0.2, removed all instances of
epatch, added slotting, renamed to *-0.4 and emerged. Everything went smooth
(on ~amd64)

Thanks, I was just looking at this today, as amaroK 1.4.1 is likely to require
this, so I'll be bumping this on a different slot later today, after fixing the
deps for the packages.

Bumped in portage, all the software requiring libvisual 0.2 depends on it now,
so that libvisual 0.4 can be merged at side.
