sys-fs/encfs-1.2.5.1 stable request 

- works fine overhere x86 for 4 months
- no bugs-in-zilla

or maybe direct the 1.3.1

Actually, there is a pending bug:
bug 115608

But since it is not version specific, I marked 1.2.5.1 x86 stable.
I cannot stabilize 1.3.1.1 because it depends on unstable sys-fs/fuse. Other
than that, I have also been using it to keep an encrypted folder of documents
and think it is ok to be marked stable.

i had made a depend on bug 131196, where we have the fuse-stable-request
required for 1.3.1
