New version of stardict is out.
To build it 
cp stardict-2.4.6.ebuild stardict-2.4.7.ebuild 
is enough.

building 2.4.7 fails with the following

"checking for STARDICT... configure: error: The pkg-config script could not be
found or is too old.  Make sure it
is in your PATH or set the PKG_CONFIG environment variable to the full
path to pkg-config.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables STARDICT_CFLAGS
and STARDICT_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details."

doing "export PKG_CONFIG=`which pkg-config`" before emerging solves the prob,
but supposed to be implemented in ebuild I think
