Since 10.2.0.2 /etc/env.d/50oracle-instantclient-basic isn't created no more
hence Oracle client won't work or not even compile (like TORa).

$ cat /etc/env.d/50oracle-instantclient-basic
ORACLE_HOME=/usr/lib/oracle/10.1.0.4/client
LDPATH=/usr/lib/oracle/10.1.0.4/client/lib
C_INCLUDE_PATH=/usr/lib/oracle/10.1.0.4/client/include

Fixed in CVS. Note that you can also use eselect's oracle module to switch
between different instantclient versions and update the env.d file.
