Just got same error with gtk-sharp-2.8.2 and mono-1.1.10.1

Was solved by upgrading mono to lastest stable on amd64 mono-1.1.13.2
libgdiplus was also upgraded to 1.1.13.2.

Looks like wrong version dependency/

Bumped the deps (even though thats the version that will be forced as the older
versions have been pruned).
