Initially I started 
emerge --update --deep --newuse world
And then tried to run problematic build separately. emerge --sync is done and the situation is the same.

As you can see, the x86 team is CCed on this bug, no need to specifically point out that it is broken for you, as it will be fixed on every arch :)
