Version 0.2.3 of audacious has been in portage for a while now, no major issues have occured with it. Also, 0.2.4 just got released. If all applicable arch teams could keyword, I can then start cleaning up stale ebuilds. For any questions or portability issues, please be sure to contact me. Thanks.

amd64 finally stable sorry for the delay.
Ebuilds have been cleaned up as the MIPS arch had no stable ebuild in the tree to begin with. A stable keyword would however still be appreciated. Feel free to close the bug as resolved when this is done.
As this bug request has been ignored for a long time it is now obsolete. Closing.
