The mit-krb5-1.4.3 ebuild does not install the kadm5 headers that live in
krb5-1.4.3/src/lib/kadm5. This makes building things that depend on libkadm
impossible (for example PHP's KADM5 extension)

After running ebuild mit-krb5-1.4.3 compile i can copy
/var/tmp/portage/mit-krb5-1.4.3/work/krb5-1.4.3/src/lib/kadm5 to /usr/include
to get compiles to work

Are installing it manually? In any case can you point me to the sources for it?
Which other programs fail to build?

I only tried installing the KADM5 PHP module, so I don't know if any additional
apps fail. The source for the module lives here:
http://oss.gonicus.de/project/?group_id=7

I tried installing both through the pecl (php extension library) command and by
manually building.

Ok, I had a look, it requires admin.h. Since this is an internal header I am
not going to install it, unless the mit-krb5 developers ack its use. You'll
need to ask them, for now I'll close this as WONTFIX.
