Created an attachment (id=84471) [edit]
conky-sigaction.patch

This one is my fault.  However at least its real easy to fix.  Not sure why
this only breaks for you (perhaps cause you aren't nptl? i have no idea). 
Anyway, here is a patch.  Fix also committed to upstream svn.
