It's an old version that's no longer kept on legendsthegame.net

Get the ebuild for 0.4.1.39 - http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=128183

OK.  I marked 0.4.1.39 stable on x86 and removed the 0.4.1c version since it is
no longer available upstream.
