Hi,

pdftk doesn't look at the supplied user_pw if the document has an owner_pw set.
Attached trivial patches remove this limitation. Because some pdf authors might consider the original behavior as the right one

Attached trivial patches remove this limitation. Because some pdf authors might consider the original behavior as the right one¹ - the pdftk patch depends on the nodrm use flag.

thanks, fixed. I did not rev bump for this one as it does get enabled only with a non-default use flag and is a rather minor change that does affect probably not anyone else ..
