Bugzilla Bug 127677

As told in #127090, when I emerge ekiga, it doesn't start, because no audio
plugin.
I use OSS, and only OSS. No Alsa-oss emulation.

OSS is in my USE, and pwlib is compiled with it :
# emerge -pv pwlib

These are the packages that I would merge, in order:

Calculating dependencies ...done!
[ebuild   R   ] dev-libs/pwlib-1.10.0  -alsa -debug -ieee1394 +ipv6 +ldap +oss
-sasl +sdl +ssl +v4l +v4l2 +xml 0 kB

My sound card (emu10k1) can mix sounds, so I don't use any sound server.

# emerge -pv ekiga

$ ekiga -d 4

And I get a error window that tell me I have no audio plugin.

I can confirm this bug.  Same situation.
