Description:   Opened: 2006-03-22 11:42 0000
gconf-editor 2.14 crashes when editing values, due to a memory corruption
(glibc detected *** double free or corruption), see gnome bug:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=332931

the patch attached to that bug report went in CVS head and should fix the
problem, can you apply it to the ebuild? thank you
