Is it possible to write an ebuild for aircrack-ng? Aircrack [0] is in portage,
but the developer of aircrack stopped the development.

About:
aircrack-ng is a set of tools for auditing wireless networks. It's an
enhanced/reborn version of aircrack. It consists of airodump (an 802.11 packet
capture program), aireplay (an 802.11 packet injection program), aircrack
(static WEP and WPA-PSK cracking), airdecap (decrypts WEP/WPA capture files),
and some tools to handle capture files (merge, convert, etc.).

ever written, so use it at your own risk ;)

Hi,

I cleaned up this ebuild a little, mind testing it out?
Also, can you tell me if it works well? I don't have any wireless gear at the
moment... How does it compare to old aircrack?

aircrack-ng-0.4.ebuild

Aircrack-ng 0.4 was released.
Changed the ebuild a little bit:
* SRC_URI changed
* modified src_install
* docs are currently not installed due to a little mistake in the Makefile
(I've contacted the author of aircrack-ng already.)

amd64, ppc: you might want to keyword this package since you have keywords in
aircrack and it is no longer maintained upstream.
