Hi!

The postgres-7.1.ebuild fails because it can't find
/usr/lib/python2.2/config/Makefile.pre.in when "python" is in the USE variable.

I will attach a log file of the merge failure.

Manually install Makefile.pre.in, since it is easier that to patch the
Makefile.

python-2.2-r3 should fix this.
