Bugzilla Bug 126984

Version 0.9.5 fixes all of the previously-reported bugs, so I'd like to have it
stabilized.

0.9.6 is out for a while ... (fixing an additional bug)

Thanks for the information on 0.9.6 being released.  I was actually aware of it
and was planning on adding it once this went stable.  This is a stabilization
bug for this specific version, so the 0.9.6 information doesn't really belong
here, but rather its own bug.

I tested this on alpha. There weren't any compile errors/warnings and the
pbzip2 binary worked as expected. All of the dependencies are already stable on
alpha. Please mark this stable on alpha.
