new ebuild for srecord

I added a test section and successfully tested the ebuild on amd64 and sparc.

I have just committed srecord-1.29, so in a few hours you should be able to get it from your preferred mirror.

It's only keyworded ~x86 right now, as it's the only architecture I can test it on. Please contact me in private (calchan at gentoo dot org) with the test results and the emerge info of your sparc and amd64 machines using the ebuild that I have committed, and I'll see if I can keyword it ~sparc and ~amd64.

Denis.
