phpldapadmin reports that it doesn't work with php4 anymore. The ebuild should require php5

copie of the error that phpldapadmin-1.0 drops when trying with php4 :

"Sorry, PLA is now a PHP5 application.
For a PHP4 application, please use a 0.9.x version."
