Description:   Opened: 2006-03-09 04:10 0000
Currently the Qt copy built for and shipped in emul-linux-x86-qtlibs package is
not compiled with immqt or immqt-bc, leaving without support for IME when using
binary Qt packages (like Opera or Skype); this not only disables cjk input but
also alt-intl input while using scim.

As enabling it always might create problems if the user is not using IMEs, it's
better to add an immqt-bc useflag to the emul-linux-x86-qtlibs package so that
the users can decide if they want them or not.

Please note that there's a bug open for Qt's immodule support that might be
annoying for users -it was for me before I started patching Qt locally-, if cjk
herd doesn't have time, I can take care of it, I'm testing it since quite a bit
and that patch solves a bit of problems.

Thanks,
Diego

Added to qtlibs-3.4.4. Let me know if it works, I don't us IME usually.
